I can’t say that Body by Bex believes in “Diets” I believe in “life style” and “everything in moderation.” I also don’t believe in shaming people by what or how they eat! Yes… How you eat is as important as what you eat! I hope I can teach & inspire people to want to live a healthy, fit lifestyle but also enjoy the occasional treat!
Fitness for me is a normal daily part of my life, like taking a shower or brushing my teeth, but I know for many it’s a chore! I hope I can encourage you to at least give it a go! Even if it’s in the comfort of your own home!

FOOD FACT: Avocados are rich in mono-unsaturated fat, which is easily burned for energy! It’s a good fat!
Try Tabata Training:
Tabata training consists of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, repeat 8 times. I always suggest 2 arm sets, 2 leg sets and 2 core sets. (Doing each exercise once is 1 round.. repeat this 8 times).
Great Tabata exercises are, dips, push ups, jump squats, lunges, skaters, squat kicks, reverse flys, bicep curls, shoulder press, plank, sit ups, squat pulses and box jumps to name a few. Why don’t you start with your favourites, or try the these ones:
