Party Popcorn

INGREDIENTS
60 gm popcorn kernels
60 gm butter
60 gm dark cooking chocolate
Mini marshmallows to taste
Mini m&m’s to taste
Salt to taste
METHOD
Pop corn as you would normally do. Lay out onto oven trays and sprinkle with marshmallows and m&m’s. Not too much, as you want more popcorn than lollie. Place butter and chocolate into small pot over med heat until melted. Stir regularly to avoid burning. Using a tablespoon, drizzle chocolate over the popcorn mixture and sprinkle with salt. Leave to set (if you are in a hurry you can put it into the fridge). When set, put into a big bowl, or break into individual portions.
COMMENT
For adults, you might like to avoid the marshmallows and m&m’s and sprinkle with sea salt instead. It’s a chocolate, buttery, salty piece of heaven! (Good with bubbles). If you can’t get hold of mini m&m’s just use regular size. A variety of nuts can also be added to this base recipe. Just use your imagination.
