4 Mars Bars (53g)
2 3/4 C rice bubbles
3T sweetened condensed milk
Line brownie pan or large loaf tin with baking paper. Chop and melt butter, Mars Bar and condensed milk in a medium saucepan. Stir frequently until smooth. Add rice bubbles and stir. Pour into brownie pan and flatten to about 3cm thick. Refrigerate. When set, cut into desired size.
I find this nicer to eat if it’s allowed to sit at room temperature for about 10 mins before serving. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have been asked for this recipe. It goes very very well with a chilled bubbly or even red wine.
