This recipe can be made on your stove-top or in your Thermomix.
500 g dark chocolate melts
300 g Clinkers, cut in half
100 g baby marshmallows
190 g raspberry lollies or red frogs cut in half
1 tsp coconut oil (not essential)
STOVE TOP METHOD
Heat chocolate melts and coconut oil over medium heat until melted. Add Clinkers, raspberry/frog lollies and baby marshmallows and combine. Place into a lined Lamington tray and cool in fridge until set. Cut into desired sized chunks.
Place chocolate melts in TM, 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down sides and repeat.
Add coconut oil and, cook 5 mins/50 degrees/speed 1.
Scrape down edges and cook 5 mins/50 degrees/soft stir.
With 1 min to go, change to reverse, adding all remaining ingredients.
Once combined, place into a lined Lamington tray and cool in fridge until set. Cut into desired sized chunks.
