It’s the start of the school year, new routines for many, and slipping back into old ones for others. It can be a very stressful time for many of us… unless… over the course of the last couple of years I have put a few practices into place to take the stress out, and more of a feel good vibe in. Granted it doesn’t always work, like yesterday when just jam on toast caused a massive meltdown.. but as everything else was organised, we sort of just fell straight back into routine.
Over the next few days, I will be posting quick tips, on what works for us – maybe it will work for you, or maybe you have something else to suggest. I am all ears.
