3 cups desiccated coconut
1 cup cashews
1/4 cup honey
2-3 limes, juice and zest
pinch of sea salt
Blend all ingredients together in your blender or THERMOMIX, and roll into 30g balls. Roll in a little more coconut.
These are healthy and delicious for an afternoon sweet treat. 1-2 will keep you going until dinner time. These are also Gluten Free.
