Truffle Butter

 

This Truffle Butter is amazing on an Eye Fillet steak (and you can use up any leftovers on some freshly popped popcorn).

 

 

INGREDIENTS  

80g butter softened (use good quality butter)

2 tsp truffle salsa

pinch of sea salt

 

METHOD

Cream together the softened butter, truffle salsa and salt to taste.

Spread butter along the centre of a piece of tinfoil or glad wrap, cover and roll so that it resembles a sausage.

Refrigerate until you are ready to use.

Remove from foil and cut into nice thick slices.
