15 seconds high knees
10 x squats
15 x lunges per side
30 second wall squat
15 x jump squats

Why not do a 2 week challenge and increase by one set daily? Start with 3 sets……

Quick & simple after work out shake
200ml Milk/Almond Milk/Coconut Milk
1 x scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 x small banana
Small handful of almonds
Ice cubes

Blitz in a blender

When: straight after training
Why: helps with recovery of muscles
Won’t: make you bulky just lean!
