DEODORIZE FOOTWEAR

Training shoes can be particularly smelly, so try this tip.  Most sports shoes are machine washable, so before you put them in the machine, soak them for a few minutes in a bucket with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water.  This will deodorize them and kill any bacteria that have taken up residence.  Do the same for sports socks too.. and watch out for our post on ‘fungal feet’ to break the vicious cycle of foot odour.
