Would you go on one? Relaxing or hard work?
I have just returned from a family holiday to Bali and spent 5 of our 7 days at a resort called Hotel Komune on the east coast at Keramas Beach, a very popular right hand surf break. The resort is stunning and we had a wonderful time.
Although we were there to celebrate a friends 40th, relax and have time out from our busy lives, myself and other girlfriends still enjoyed our daily exercise so made the most of Komunes awesome gym facilities.
The gym is a mix of modern technology mixed with Balinese design. From TRX to cross trainers, from ropes to balance boards and everything else you need for an awesome circuit, cardio, weight, HIIT, or indoor bootcamp session. To top it off there is an awesome swimming pool with ‘Health Hub’ cafe offering delicious snacks & juices….and daily Yoga classes! I was in HEAVEN!!!
Even getting pushed in the pool after training was fun!
