Body by Bex – Group Training & Brunch Jars


Last week saw the launch of my group training sessions (previously only doing PT’s) which was a great thrill for me, especially since I also decided to incorporate my passion for food   –  hence the Body By Bex Brunch Jars were born.

My belief is that if you are going to be kind enough to your body by exercising it daily, then why not fuel it well too? Given I love to eat after I’ve finished training I thought maybe others do too…?




So the Brunch Jar is full of yummy goodness, made at home fresh that morning and ready and waiting for you straight after training.  CADA is on the menu for a few weeks but I will be swapping things up monthly (that’s coconut, almond, apple, dates, organic yogurt, chia seeds).

I am a stay at home mum when I’m not running Body By Bex so making these delicious jars full of love is not just fun for me the kids love them too.
