60 gm popcorn kernels – popped
60 gm butter
3/4 C sugar
Sea Salt to taste
Stir honey, sugar and butter in a saucepan over low heat until sugar is dissolved, then boil uncovered for 4-5 mins.
Remove from heat and pour over popped corn. Mix to coat popcorn. Sprinkle with sea salt.
You may like to spoon mixture into individual patty pans (cupcake cases) – if so do this prior to adding sea salt. I like to do mine on a baking tray (as its quicker) and once set break it up a bit prior to putting into a large bowl for sharing.
