Salted Caramel Sauce

INGREDIENTS
125g butter
125g cream
250g brown sugar
1T vanilla bean paste
Pinch of sea salt

Giant share cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream and Salted Caramel Sauce
THERMOMIX METHOD
Place all ingredients into TM bowl and cook 5-8 mins/Varoma/speed 2/MC off
CONVENTIONAL METHOD
Place all ingredients into a saucepan. Stir until combined, bubbling and thickened.
COMMENT
Pour over ice-cream, or into a glass jar. It will set in the fridge.
